Cooking Classes

We’re making it easy for you to plan ahead this year!  All our cooking classes for 2012 are on the books and ready for you join in.

Each class is taught by the lovely Sara Tomerlin and Lindsey Akey.

To sign up for a class please go by or call the appropriate Diner. Prepayment is required to hold your spot in the class. No walk-ins are allowed. All classes are $40 per person/per class. All classes are about 2 hours long. Each class includes recipes, personalized instruction, and simple cooking demonstrations that can be recreated at home. We will take you step by step through getting the recipe together, cooking, and final presentation. These classes do fill up fast so reserve your spot now. No refunds, please.

The Gluten-Free Class

So you bought your Tofurky, now what? Lucky for you, it’s time again for the “How to Prepare a Vegan Holiday Meal” cooking class. We’ll show you how to make cranberry-pecan stuffing, gravy, rolls, coconut sweet potatoes, peanut soup, sweet potato pie , mashed potatoes, green beans and more. These are great recipes for all your holiday gatherings or for any other time of the year. There will be lots to eat during the class, so come hungry
