Pale

A true German-style Kölsch. This beer is light yet has a sweet malty body that is balanced by a complex, citrus hop character. 4.9% ABV.

($1.50)
If you're gonna slum it, do it with the best. The classic PBR in a can is the way to go if you're in the mood for a simple, easy to drink beer that won't challenge your palate or your wallet. 4.74% ABV.

Amber

A full-flavored Celtic-Style dry stout -- smooth and firm-bodied with the bold flavor notes of roasted malt. And, because Old Plowshare is organic, it's true to the time-honored Irish tradition of respect for natural ingredients. A great pub quaff. 5.7% ABV

This Belgian Triple Ale, is an homage to the magic of Belgian yeasts, legendary for their fruity flavor and floral bouquet. The result is a world-class beer, lush and profoundly aromatic with a warming finish. It's brewed with the same reverence for pure ingredients accorded the Abbey and Farmhouse ales of the past. Delicious. 8.0% ABV.

Toasty malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with crisp hoppiness. Fat Tire's depth of flavor, achieved with neither a disproportionate sway toward hops or malts, tandems well with the full spectrum of our menu. 5.6% ABV.

A zesty golden wheat ale that is refreshing and artfully spirited with a distinctive hint of fresh apricots. 5.1% ABV.

A well-balanced, full flavored amber ale. It has a rich, malty body with a pleasant caramel character, a complex hop aroma, with a hint of floral and citrus and a rich, creamy head with a fine lace. 5.5% ABV.

Dark

Other than being dark in color, 1554 has little in common with Porter or Stouts. The beer is fermented at relatively high temperatures using a European lager yeast that imparts a refreshing, zesty acidity. 5.5% ABV.

Ugly Pug is a schwarzbier, or black lager. But the real story is its name. Fritz saw his mother-in-law’s pug, Oscar, lounging in a chair and he (Fritz) shouted, "What an ugly pug!" Everyone laughed. Your’re right they were drinking a test batch that night. 4.8% ABV.

Imports: Regular $5.25 or Large $6.50

Pale

A full-bodied lager with lots of malt and hop character. A touch hoppier than many lagers yet perfectly balanced. 5.0% ABV

An organic golden pale ale brewed using a unique blend of Plumage Archer Barley Malt. Whole leaf target hops, naturally grown in a single garden in Kent, are added to create a beer of exceptional taste and character. The flavor is a melody of refreshing citrus and delightful malt flavour, rounded off with a spicy bittersweet finish. 4.7% ABV.

Dry in palate, very fruity, and bursting with flavor. A complex beer with suggestions of soft fruit, apple and in the finish, perhaps even cloves. 5.1% ABV.

Amber

A delicately flavored golden ale in which subtle fruity esters from the Samuel Smith yeast strain interact with a background of maltiness and fresh hops. It reminds you that good beer is a product of the soil. 5.0% ABV

A touch of hops, with some banana, peach, and citrus. It has an easy bitterness throughout and carrying through for long light finish. The grittyness on top of softness makes for an interesting experience. Soft bread and hops in the finish. A truly unique wheat brew. 6.2% ABV

Dark

Almost opaque, with an unusually silky texture and complex, medium-dry velvet palate. Bittersweet finish. 5.0% ABV.

Profoundly dark, rich elixir with a complex fruitiness of roasted malt and whole hop flowers. Semi-dry finish. 6.7% ABV.

Trappist

($7.50)
Orval is one of the only six authentic Trappist beers in the world. Hand-crafted by monks, the three different malts and two types of hops, fermented three times, give great character and complexity. 6.2% ABV. $7.50
